Return / Warranty Policy

Our warranty and return policies are designed with our customer’s best interests in mind. With that being said, ifixparts.com does reserve the right to change or modify our policies at any time. Every return and warranty claim is received, processed, and accepted on a case-to-case basis contingent on the circumstances under which the return was received. 


DO NOT INSTALL ANY PARTS BEFORE TESTING TO AVOID LOSING WARRANTY COVERAGE.

DO NOT INSTALL PARTS WITH PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR ANY KIND OF DEFECTIVENESS.

 

1. Product Eligibility:

Contain our company's stamp

Unused item - in the same condition as it was received which means no sign of use, no scratch with connectors and cables remained intact.

Defective item - no physical damage (including: LCD, or glass crack, and cables must remain intact)

For any OLED and AMOLED Screen - please test prior to installation. Once it shows installation sign, we won't accept them back.

2. Terms 

Returns received within 15 days from delivery date are eligible for exchange or refund.

Any unwanted product in brand new/resalable condition is subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Return Process

Please contact customer service and create a RMA. The system will send you a shipping label. Minimum postage of $6.86 might be deducted from your refund amount.

Ship to us at your own expense and we will process the return within 3 business days after delivery
